Neeraj joined Battery in 2000 and invests in enterprise software/SaaS, technology-enabled services and Internet companies. He was a founding investor in BladeLogic (NASDAQ: BLOG, sold to BMC for $900M). In addition to BladeLogic, Neeraj’s investments include Applimation (acquired by Informatica), Bazaarvoice, Brightree, Consona, CSN Stores, Glassdoor, Guidewire Software, Internet Brands (NASDAQ: INET), LifeMed Media, Omniture (NASDAQ: OMTR), RealPage (NASDAQ: RP), and VSS Monitoring. He is also actively involved with Groupon and Panaya. Prior to Battery, Neeraj worked as a product manager at Real Networks, an operating executive at SkyTV, and a management consultant with Booz-Allen. Neeraj holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Cornell University as well as an MBA with honors from the Harvard Business School. He is a Charter Member of TiE, an active advisor to several local entrepreneurs, and was named to the Forbes Midas List, which ranks the top 100 venture capitalists around the world.
