Ronald M. Lamb Chairman of the Board and retired Chairman of the Executive Committee. Mr. Lamb joined the Company in 1971, and served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from 1998 until June 21, 2006, and as Chairman of the Executive Committee from then until his retirement on April 30, 2008. Mr. Lamb has been a director of the Company since 1981.
