GENE C. WULF - Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Bemis Company, Inc. Mr. Wulf has been a director of our company since 2003. He is the Chairperson of the Audit Committee of the Board. Mr. Wulf was elected senior vice president and chief financial officer of Bemis Company, Inc. in 2005. He previously was vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer from 2002 through 2005 and was vice president and controller from 1998 through 2002. Bemis Company, Inc. is one of the largest flexible packaging companies in the Americas and a major manufacturer of pressure sensitive materials used in labels, decorating and signage. Mr. Wulf is a director of Bemis Company, Inc.
