William F Stoll Jr

Most recently executive vice president and chief legal officer for Borden, Inc., Mr. Stoll was responsible for all legal activities of Borden and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Borden as executive vice president and general counsel in 1996, he worked for 21 years with Westinghouse Electric Corporation, becoming vice president and deputy general counsel in 1993. A graduate of Georgetown University with a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University, Mr. Stoll is a member of the Board of Directors of AEP Industries, Inc. He also currently serves on the Georgetown University Alumni Association Board of Governors.
