Joe E Harlan

Joe E. Harlan was elected as a director in August 2007 and serves as a member of the Finance Committee. Mr. Harlan is currently the Executive Vice President, Electro and Communications Business with 3M Company, a technology solutions provider to the electrical, electronics and communications markets worldwide. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sumitomo 3M Ltd. from 2003 to 2004. Prior to his career with 3M Company, he held a number of leadership positions with General Electric Company, including serving as Vice President of Finance for GE Lighting Group (USA).
