William W Davis

William W. Davis is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Crosstex Energy companies, Crosstex Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: XTXI) and Crosstex Energy L.P. (NASDAQ: XTEX). He has 30 years of financial and accounting experience and is a well-known business leader in the energy industry. As a key member of the Crosstex senior management team, Mr. Davis has been instrumental in Crosstex’s evolution into a significant service provider in the energy industry’s midstream business sector. He has played a vital role in developing Crosstex’s everyday business strategy that is focused on growth. Crosstex’s throughput is approximately four billion cubic feet of natural gas a day, or approximately eight percent of marketed U.S. daily production. Mr. Davis joined Crosstex in September 2001. Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Sunshine Mining and Refining Company. At Sunshine, he also held the positions of Vice President - Financial Analysis and Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Davis began his career in public accounting at Arthur Young & Company. Mr. Davis graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
