Fast fashion welcomes a new pair of billionaires to the fold. Founder of Forever 21 Do Won and his wife Jin Sook Chang immigrated to America from Korea in 1981. They opened their first store in 1984; sales grew from $35k to $700k that year. Today Forever 21 operates 470 stores worldwide; annual sales are estimated to be $2.2 billion. The couple's daughters are heavily involved - Linda runs marketing, and Esther heads the visual display team. The firm has been criticized for copying designer clothes and has been sued about 50 times for copyright infringement.
