Equity-based ownership (excluding stock options): Mr. Evans served as a director of Bowater Incorporated from 2003 to October 2007. He is currently Executive Director of Rio Tinto PLC and Rio Tinto Ltd. From March 2006 to October 2007, Mr. Evans served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Alcan Inc., the parent company of an international group involved in many aspects of the aluminum and packaging industries. From October 2005 to March 2006, he was Chief Operating Officer of Alcan Inc. and from 1997 to October 2005, he held several executive positions for Alcan Inc., including: Executive Vice President, Aluminium Fabrication, Europe; Executive Vice President, Fabricated Products, North America; and President of Alcan Aluminium Corporation. Mr. Evan is also the Chairman of the International Aluminium Institute.
