Lawrence J. Schorr has served on the Board since 1985. Mr. Schorr currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Boltaron Performance Products, LLC (formerly, Empire Plastics, Inc.) He previously was President of RRT-Recycle America, a subsidiary of WMX Technologies, Inc. He formerly served in the same position for Resource Recycling Technologies, Inc. (a solid waste material management company listed on the American Stock Exchange). Prior to that he served as a partner in the law firm of Levene, Gouldin and Thompson LLP.
