Mr. McGoldrick served as Executive Vice President of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, or Bristol-Myers Squibb, from October 2005 until his retirement in April 2006. He held the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Bristol-Myers Squibb from January 2000 to October 2005. Prior to that, he held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and President, Medical Devices Group from December 1998 to January 2000. Mr. McGoldrick is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Law School.
