E Linn Draper Jr

Dr. Draper is a corporate director. He retired as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Columbus, Ohio-based American Electric Power Co., Inc. in 2004, a position which Dr. Draper held since April 1992. In addition, he was President of Ohio Valley Electric Corporation and Indiana-Kentucky Electric Corporation from 2002 to 2004. He previously served as Chairman of the board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gulf States Utilities Company, Beaumont, Texas from 1987 to 1992. Dr. Draper holds a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Rice University and a Ph.D. in Nuclear Science and Engineering from Cornell University.
