Martin M Hale Sr

Martin M. Hale is a former director of Great Lakes Chemical Corporation having served from 1978 to 2005 and in the capacity of Chairman of the Board from 1995 to 2000. From 1983 to 2001, Mr. Hale was executive vice president and partner of Hellman Jordan Management Company, Inc., a registered investment advisor. Mr. Hale has been a director of the Company since 2005. He also serves as a director of Innospec Inc. (formerly known as Octel Corp.) and is an honorary trustee of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Massachusetts.
