Russell T. Ray has served as a Partner of HLM Venture Partners, a private equity firm that provides venture capital to health care information technology, health care services and medical technology companies, since September 2003. Mr. Ray was Founder, Managing Director and President of Chesapeake Strategic Advisors, a firm specializing in providing advisory services to health care and life sciences companies, from April 2002 to August 2003. From 1999 to March 2002, Mr. Ray was the Global Co-Head of the Credit Suisse First Boston Health Care Investment Banking Group, where he focused on providing strategic and financial advice to life sciences, health.
