Michael R. Gallagher was Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Playtex Products, Inc., a publicly-traded personal care and consumer products manufacturer, from July 1995 through his retirement in December 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Gallagher was Chief Executive Officer of North America for Reckitt & Colman plc, a consumer products company based in London. Mr. Gallagher was President and Chief Executive Officer of Eastman Kodak's subsidiary L&F Products, a cleaning products company, from 1988 until the subsidiary was sold to Reckitt & Colman plc in 1994. Mr. Gallagher held various executive positions with the Lehn & Fink Products group of Sterling Drug, maker of Lysol. and other household cleaning products, from 1984 until its sale to Eastman Kodak in 1988. Mr. Gallagher held various general management and brand management positions with The Clorox Company and The Procter & Gamble Company. Mr. Gallagher is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. Mr. Gallagher was elected to our board in 1998 and is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee and the Organization and Compensation Committee.
