Raymond J. Bromark has been a director since 2007. He is a retired Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC"). Mr. Bromark was Head, Professional, Technical, Risk and Quality Group of PwC from 2001 to 2006 and provided consulting services to PwC from July 2006 through April 2007. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (the "AICPA") and the University of Delaware's Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance's Advisory Board. Mr. Bromark was PwC's representative on the AICPA's Center for Public Company Audit Firms' Executive Committee. He was also a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council, the Public Company Accounting.
