Peter Woo

Woo's wealth has increased from a year ago on rising values for his strong commercial property holdings in Hong Kong, which include Harbour City in Kowloon and Times Square in the Causeway Bay shopping district. Shares in Woo's holding company, Wheelock, have climbed about 30% in the past year. Recently finished building one of Shanghai's tallest office structures, located in the city's pricey Jing'An district. Woo is a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Daughter Jennifer Woo runs privately held mall chain Lane Crawford. Woo reportedly in March bought 8% of Salvatore Ferragamo Italia Spa for an undisclosed amount.
