Laura Ariane Miller (Laurie) is a Partner at Nixon Peabody LLP, and chairs the firm's Corporate Integrity practice. Her practice includes directing internal investigations as well as white collar criminal defense for corporations, corporate executives, and business leaders facing civil and criminal allegations. High profile clients turn to Ms. Miller for her ability to balance the demands of a public investigation with a minimum of public attention. While still an undergraduate at Michigan, Ms. Miller served as a Congressional Intern to then House Minority Leader Gerald R. Ford. After graduation from law school, Ms. Miller served as a law clerk to Justice Byron R. White at the United States Supreme Court. She has worked in all three branches of the federal government.
