Allen L Leverett

Allen Leverett was named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Wisconsin Energy Corp. and We Energies in May 2004. In this role, he has executive responsibility for the company’s accounting and tax functions as well as investor relations. Leverett also oversees the treasury area and leads the company’s strategic, financial planning functions. Leverett joined Wisconsin Energy Corp. in 2003, as chief financial officer. Prior to joining the company, he served as chief financial officer and executive vice president of Georgia Power Co. in Atlanta, Ga. Before that, Leverett was vice president and treasurer of Southern Company Services with overall responsibility for financial planning and analysis, capital markets and leasing, treasury and investor relations. Previously, Leverett held a variety of positions in transmission planning, integrated resource planning, strategic planning, wholesale marketing and finance. Leverett is a director of American Transmission Company and Energy Insurance Mutual, a mutual insurance company for the energy and utility industry. He is also a member of the board of directors for the Discovery World Museum in Milwaukee.
