Mr. Henry was named president of the Harris Government Communications Systems Division in 1999 and senior vice president of the company in 2003. Prior to joining Harris in 1997, he was vice president of engineering for Sanders, a Lockheed Martin company headquartered in Nashua, New Hampshire. He held positions of increasing responsibility during his career there, including vice president-general manager of the Information Systems Division. He has a broad technical, business and operations background with 34 years in the aerospace and defense industry, including 8 years with the Department of Defense (U.S. Army Communications Command) and Defense Communications Agency. Mr. Henry has a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in management from Frostburg University. He is an active member of numerous aerospace and defense associations and recently served as the chairman of the board for the Astronauts Memorial Foundation.
