Bill Morton is the former Chairman and CEO of the Boston Stock Exchange. He served as Chairman and CEO from June, 1985, to March, 2001, and since then as Chairman Emeritus. At present, Mr. Morton serves as a Trustee of the JP Morgan Funds, and as Vice-Chairman and Trustee of the Stratton Mountain School. In recent years he completed twenty-one years of service as a Director of RadioShack Corporation, and a four-year term as a Member of the National Nominating Committee of the NASD. Mr. Morton also recently completed fourteen years on the Board of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, Inc., and two three-year terms as a Trustee of the Berklee College of Music. Mr. Morton served in the U.S. Marine Corps, received his BA degree from Dartmouth College, where he was also an All-American lacrosse player. He holds an MBA from New York University.
