Gooch, 43, has been executive vice president and chief financial officer since August 2006. In the previous 10 years, Gooch served in various positions at Kmart Corp. with Day. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and his master’s degree in management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.
