Mr. Belatti has served as Managing Partner of Equicorp Partners, LLC (an advisory services and investment banking firm) since January 2006. Mr. Belatti has also served as Chairman of AFC Enterprises, Inc. (the parent company of Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits) since November 1992. Mr. Belatti previously served as Chief Executive Officer of AFC Enterprises, Inc. from November 1992 to September 2005. Mr. Belatti is currently the chair of the Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee.
