Peter Boneparth

Peter Boneparth is a Senior Advisor of Irving Place Capital. He focuses on investment opportunities within the retail and apparel sectors. Prior to joining Irving Place Capital in 2009, Mr. Boneparth served most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Jones Apparel Group, Inc., a leading designer and marketer of apparel and footwear brands. During his time at Jones Apparel, Mr. Boneparth expanded its apparel offerings and grew the company through the acquisitions of Maxwell Shoe Company, Gloria Vanderbilt, Barneys New York, Kasper/Anne Klein and L.E.I. Previously, he served as CEO of Jones Moderate Division and also was CEO, President of McNaughton Apparel Group Inc. Mr. Boneparth currently sits on the boards of Kohl's Corp. and JetBlue Airways Corp. J.D. from the University of Virginia B.S. degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of North Carolina
