Thomas F Anderson

Tom Anderson is the Executive Vice President and Chief Real Estate Development Officer. Mr. Anderson focuses on increasing development of mixed-use opportunities between Wyndham Vacation Ownership and Wyndham Hotel Group. He takes the lead in structuring joint developments and brand-specific projects, and creates short- and long-term business development plans to fulfill corporate strategic goals. Mr. Anderson is also responsible for analyzing current and future opportunities for development growth and the development of new business opportunities worldwide. Mr. Anderson has also served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for Cendant Corporation where he handled all real estate transactions for the company and grew holdings to 16 million square feet of space globally. He has also had responsibility for U.S. strategic planning for franchisees of Coldwell Banker Commercial in his role as Vice President. Prior to joining Cendant Corporation, Mr. Anderson served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of American Asset Corporation, a full service real estate developer as well as Vice President of Commercial Lending for BT&T Bank Corp.
