Isaac Kaufman

ISAAC KAUFMAN (60), a certified public accountant, has served as a director of the Company since April 2001. Since September 1998, Mr. Kaufman has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Medical Management Inc., a manager of medical practices and an outpatient surgical center. Mr. Kaufman is a director of TransWorld Entertainment Corporation, a leading specialty retailer of music and video products, and Hanger Orthopedic Group, Inc., the largest operator of orthotic and prosthetic patient care centers in the United States.
