JOHN H. KLEIN (61) has served as a director of the Company since April 2001. Mr. Klein has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DAVA Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a generic pharmaceutical company, since March 2004. He also has served as Chairman and Managing Director of Aston Partners, a private equity fund, since 2001. He has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Business and Technology Solutions, LLC, a strategic business and technology advisory firm, since June 1998. Mr. Klein also has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BI Logix, Inc., a business intelligence software solutions company, since May 1998.
