Rockwell Collins (NYSE:COL), a global leader in aviation electronics and communications, has appointed Robert (Bob) M. Chiusano and Gregory (Greg) S. Churchill to new executive positions. Chiusano has been named Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Commercial Systems, and Churchill has been named Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Government Systems. In his new role, Chiusano provides leadership for the company's Commercial Systems business, which produces aviation electronics and communications for the air transport, business aviation and regional airline markets. He replaces Neal Keating, who has left the company to pursue other interests. A 24-year employee, Chiusano has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Government Systems since May 2001, and is a corporate officer. Previously, he held program management and business development positions of increasing responsibility before being named Vice President and General Manager of the Government Systems business unit in 1996. Replacing Chiusano in Government Systems, Churchill provides leadership for all Government Systems businesses, including the company's international subsidiaries, China Business Development office and Government Operations in Washington, D.C.
