Andrew J Policano

Dr. Policano has been a director of our company since April 2006. He is the Chairman of the Board Nominating and Governance Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Dr. Policano has been the Dean of The Paul Merage School of Business, University of California - Irvine since August 2004. Prior thereto, he served on the faculty and as Dean at the School of Business, University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Policano is a director of Badger Meter, Inc. and a former director of Physicians Insurance Company of Wisconsin. He is a member of the board of other professional and civic organizations.
