Kent P Dauten

Kent P. Dauten served on our board of directors from March 1981 through May 1983 and from June 1985 through September 1988. He was again elected a director in November 1988 and has served on our board continuously since that time. Since February 1994, Mr. Dauten has been President, and since June 2005, he has been Managing Director, of Keystone Capital, Inc., a private investment advisory firm that he founded. Mr. Dauten was formerly a Senior Vice President of Madison Dearborn Partners, Inc., a private equity investment firm, and of First Chicago Investment Corporation and First Capital Corporation of Chicago, the venture capital subsidiaries of First Chicago Corporation, where he had been employed in various investment management positions since 1979. Mr. Dauten also serves on the boards of directors of Iron Mountain Incorporated and Northwestern Memorial Foundation.
