Randolph W. Westerfield, Ph.D. is Dean Emeritus and the Charles B. Thornton Professor of Finance at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. From 1993 to 2004, Dr. Westerfield served as Dean of the Marshall School of Business. Previously, he was a member of the finance faculty at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania for 20 years.
