Robert A. Knox has been Senior Managing Director of Cornerstone Equity Investors, LLC, an investment advisory firm, since December 1996. From 1994 until December 1996, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and from 1984 to 1994 he was President, of Prudential Equity Investors, Inc., an investment capital firm. Prior to that, Mr. Knox was an investment executive of The Prudential Insurance Company of America. He also serves on the boards of Atlas Acquisition Holdings, Corp., Lincoln Vale European Partners and several private companies. Mr. Knox is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Boston University.
