Michael T. Tokarz joined our board of directors in September 2003. Mr. Tokarz is the chairman of MVC Capital, Inc. (a registered investment company). In addition, he has been a managing member of the Tokarz Group, LLC (venture capital investments) since 2002. He was a general partner with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. from 1985 until he retired in 2002. Mr. Tokarz is chairman of Walter Industries, Inc. and is also a director of Idex Corp. and Dakota Growers Pasta Companies, Inc.
