T Kevin DeNicola

Mr. DeNicola was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lyondell Chemical Company, a global manufacturer of basic chemicals, from June 2002 to January 2008. From March 1998 to June 2002, he was Vice President, Corporate Development for Lyondell Chemical Company. Mr. DeNicola also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equistar Chemicals, LP and Millenium Chemicals Inc., both subsidiaries of Lyondell Chemical Company, from June 2002 to January 2008. Mr. DeNicola has been an adjunct professor at Rice University, a higher learning institution, since March 2008.
