Kirk Rudy Co-Founded Endeavor Real Estate Group Ltd. in 1999 and also serves as its Co-Chief Executive Officer and Managing Principal. Mr. Rudy has been responsible for the overall operation of Endeavor Real Estate's office and industrial businesses. He has executed office building acquisitions totaling in excess of 2.5 million square feet, including the former IBM campus, now called The Domain. He has been responsible for raising equity for a number of Endeavor projects, leading the disposition of Endeavor Real Estate's retail portfolio in 2004, and negotiating public/private partnerships with the City of Austin, Travis County, the City of Cedar Park, and the City of Round Rock for various Endeavor projects. He was the City Leader for Trammell Crow Company-Austin and was responsible for the overall performance of the Austin business unit. His Professional/Community Involvement includes : was the 2002 President of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) and served on the Board of Directors of: the RECA Good Government PAC, the RECA Business Issues PAC, Hill Country Conservancy, Vision 2010, Central Texas Regional Planning Process, Long Center, Austin Area Urban League, and the Jewish Community Association of Austin. He serves as on the Boards of the Greater Austin Economic Development Corporation (Opportunity Austin), the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, the Austin American Israel Public Affairs Committee, and the Austin Anti-Defamation League. He was in the Top 40 Producer Club for Trammell Crow Company from 1995 to 1998, including being the Number One producer in the nation for it in 1997. He received an M.B.A. in Marketing and Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin in 1986 and a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin in 1983.
