Joel H Rassman

Mr. Rassman, a member of Toll Brothers' Board of Directors since 1996, oversees Wall Street, banking and rating agency relationships, accounting, audit and tax operations. Prior to joining Toll Brothers, he was a consultant to the Company as a partner in the New York office of the accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Mr. Rassman is a graduate of Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York.
