Mr. Lillie joined the Company in August 2003. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Lillie served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Moore Corporation, Limited., a diversified commercial printing and business communications company. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Lillie served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Walter Industries, Inc., a Kohlberg, Kravitz, Roberts & Company (KKR) portfolio company. From 1990 to 1999, Mr. Lillie held a succession of managerial human resources, manufacturing, finance and operations positions culminating with the position of Executive Vice President, Operations at World Color, Inc., another KKR portfolio company.
