Retired President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Comper is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of BMO Financial Group. He was appointed to that position in February 1999 and served as Chairman from July 1999 to May 2004. Mr. Comper previously served on the Board of Directors of the Bank of Montreal.
