Michael McShane

Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. McShane has served as a director and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Grant Prideco Inc. since June 2002 and assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of Grant Prideco Inc. beginning in May 2004. Prior to joining Grant Prideco, Mr. McShane was Senior Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer and director of BJ Services Company from 1998, and Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of that company from 1990 to 1998. Mr. McShane is also a director of Complete Energy Services, Inc.
