Mr. Patrick has been the Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for The Meadows Foundation, Inc., a private foundation, since December 1, 1995. He served as Managing Director for M. E. Zukerman Energy Advisors from July 1994 to November 1995. He served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a director of Lomas Financial Corporation, parent, and President and Chief Operating Officer of two operating subsidiaries from 1992 to December 31, 1993. From 1984 to 1991, Mr. Patrick was Executive Vice Chancellor for Asset Management of the University of Texas System, where he was responsible for the investment of all endowment funds.
