Harvey M. Krueger, J.D., serves as Managing Director of Stockton Partners Inc., since 2004. Mr. Krueger is a Founder of the Renaissance Fund. He is a highly experienced investor in Israeli companies and has often been credited with, essentially single-handedly, opening the international capital markets to Israeli governmental and corporate securities. He served as an Advisor to clients in executing numerous financing and mergers and acquisitions transactions for more than 45 years. Mr. Krueger served as Senior Managing Director of Lehman Brothers Inc. from May 1984 to 1996. Previously, he was Vice Chairman of Lehman Brothers, Inc. and has held various other positions with it since 1977. In that year, Mr. Krueger merged Kuhn, Loeb, & Co., the investment banking firm of which he was Chief Executive Officer, with Lehman Brothers. Prior to joining Kuhn, Loeb in 1959, he worked for the law firm of Cravath, Swaine, and Moore for five years. Mr. Krueger is Vice Chairman of Barclays Capital. He serves as Member of Strategic Advisory Board of Markstone Capital Partners, LLC. He serves as Director of Electric Fuel Corporation and Stockton Group. He serves as Director of Marco Polo Network Inc. and Hydro Industries Ltd. Mr. Krueger serves as Director of Beit Hatfutsot. He serves as a Director of Bernard Chaus, Inc., Delta Galil Industries, Ltd., RG Barry Corp., and Automatic Data Processing, Inc. He serves on the Advisory Board of Carnegie Mellon University Department of History and the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, and is a Visiting Professor at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland. He is a former Chairman and current Trustee of the Cooper-Hewitt-National Design Museum of the Smithsonian Institute. He serves as Member of the Boards of Directors of Beth Hatefutsoth and its parent Continuum Health Partners. He was the Chairman of the Board of Governors of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem for almost nine years, was President and Chairman of the American Friends of the Hebrew University, and is past Chairman of the Peres Center for Peace. He served as a Trustee of Continuum Health Partners, Inc. and Beth Israel Medical Center. He served as Director of Duff & Phelps, LLC until April 23, 2013. He served as an Independent Non Executive Director of Hansard Global Plc from November 24, 2006 to June 25, 2013. He received a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. from Columbia College.
