Alan H Wiener

Alan Wiener serves as Managing Director of Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital. Mr. Wiener served as Executive Vice President of Integrated Resources Inc. from 1981 to 1990. He founded American Property Financing Inc. in 1991and served as its Chairman and Director. He also serves on a number of non-profit boards and is an executive board member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
