Douglas D Shuma

Douglas D. Shuma became senior vice president and corporate controller in 2007. He is responsible for financial reporting, accounting policy and internal controls, and tax. Prior to joining TDS, Shuma owned a consulting company for large publicly traded corporations. Prior to that, he served as vice president and corporate controller for Baxter International, Inc. for eight years. Shuma was also assistant corporate controller for Caremark International, Inc. for five years, and held positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for nine years. A certified public accountant, Shuma received a BS in accounting science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
