He has served as president of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation and as General Campaign chair. He was Federation's treasurer and chair of its Israel & Overseas Committee. He is a former member of the UJA Young Leadership Cabinet, the Wexner Heritage Foundation, the board of the local JCC, day school and Community Relations Council. He currently serves as treasurer of JTA and on the boards of the Milwaukee Jewish Community Foundation, the JDC and the Habonim-Dror Foundation. Bruce Arbit has been a member of the Jewish Agency for Israel Board of Governors since June 2002. He is a member of the Jewish Agency Executive and chairs the Personnel for Jewish Education subcommittee. Bruce is founder and co-managing director of A.B. Data, Ltd., a direct marketing and political consulting firm, which works closely with a number of Jewish organizations and political campaigns. He also serves as chairman of the boards of Integrated Mail Industries and Asset Development Group. Bruce attended the University of Haifa, Oranim Academic College and the University of Wisconsin.
