David J Robino

Chairman of Compensation Committee. Member of Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Robino has been a director since May 2007. Mr. Robino served as a Non-Executive Director of Memec Group Holdings Limited, a global distributor of specialty semiconductors, from 2001 until the sale of that business to Avnet, Inc. in 2005. Mr. Robino served Gateway, Inc. first as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer and later as Vice Chairman from 1998 to 2001.
