Timothy A Crown

Chairman of the Executive Committee. Mr. Crown has been a director since 1994 and assumed the position of Chairman of the Board in November 2004. Mr. Crown, a co-founder of the Company, stepped down from the position of President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2004, positions he had held since January 2000 and October 2003, respectively. Mr. Crown had been employed by us or one of our predecessors since 1988.
