Richard A Fennessy

President and Chief Executive Officer. Member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Fennessy was elected President and Chief Executive Officer effective November 2004 and was appointed Director in September 2005. From 1987 to 2004, Mr. Fennessy worked for International Business Machines Corporation ("IBM"), where he held numerous domestic and international executive positions. His most recent positions included: General Manager, Worldwide, ibm.com; Vice President, Worldwide Marketing -- Personal Computer Division; and General Manager, Worldwide PC Direct organization.
