Steven L Kantor

Steven L. Kantor is CEO of S2K Financial, where he is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the firm. Additionally, he is CEO of S2K Partners (the lead investor in S2K Financial), a New York-based alternative investment firm dedicated to providing capital and strategic solutions to middle market companies and funds. Steven has over 30 years of principal investing and investment banking experience, and throughout his career has raised several billions of dollars for REITs and other real estate companies via IPOs, CMBS financings and other forms of equity and debt financing. Previously, Steven was an Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald, as well as Chairman and Co-Founder of CCRE, Cantor Fitzgerald’s affiliated commercial real estate lending platform. Prior to Cantor Fitzgerald, he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where he held several senior roles within the firm, including Global Head of Securities, Global Head of Alternative Investments, Global Head of Leveraged Finance, and Global Head of Real Estate. At Credit Suisse, Steven also served on numerous committees including the Investment Bank Management Committee, the Capital and Risk Management Committee, the Fixed Income Operating Committee, the Asset Management Committee, and the IBD Operating Committee. Prior to Credit Suisse, Steven was a Managing Director and Head of the Real Estate Investment Banking and Financing Divisions at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, Managing Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking practice at Paine Webber and a member of Drexel Burnham Lambert’s Corporate Finance division. Steven earned a B.A. from Syracuse University and a J.D. from American University.
