William C Vrattos

Mr. William Charles Vrattos is the Senior Managing Director and Member of Senior Management Committee at York Capital Management. He joined the firm in 2002. Mr. Vrattos is also the Co-Portfolio Manager of York Asian Opportunities Funds. In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities, he focuses on both equity and distressed debt investment opportunities with a special emphasis in media, telecom and insurance. Previously, Mr. Vrattos worked at Georgica Advisors as a Portfolio Manager specializing in media and communications equities and distressed securities. He worked at Morgan Stanley as an investment banker. Mr. Vrattos also currently serves as a Director and Chairman of the Finance Committee of Listing Services Solutions, Inc. He holds a B.A., Cum Laude, from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
