Teresa Beck

Ms. Teresa Beck has been a Director of the Company since April 2000. Ms. Beck served as President of American Stores Co. from 1998 to 1999 and as Chief Financial Officer from 1993 to 1998. Prior to joining American Stores Co., Ms. Beck served as an audit manager for Ernst & Young LLP. Ms. Beck also serves as a director of Questar Corporation and Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
