Mr. Eastman serves as Director of publishers Board of American Society Of Composers Authors & Publishers. He has been a Director of the National Music Publishers Association since 1995. He served as a Director of BHC Communications, Inc. since 1989. Mr. Eastman served as a Director of United Television Inc. ("UTV"), a majority owned subsidiary of BHC Communications, Inc. since 1985.
